A Fall Wedding

I spent the weekend soaking in beautiful views with beautiful people.

I was at a fall wedding in northern Wisconsin over the weekend and I wanted to share my look with you! Fall vibes crossed with chic style.

This comfortable cotton  Splendid dress was fashionable and functional for this past weekends events. Practical for eating lots of food and dancing to a lot of music. It's leg slit was the perfect amount of sexy for the beautiful fall day!

When I wear simple dresses or clothes I like to have a lot of fun with bold accessories. Even though my heels are black they are not your average shoe! The cutout and toe shape make them flattering and complements the slit in the dress.  My J Shoes were just the right height and a thick enough heel for me to wear the WHOLE evening! 

Some other eye catching accessories I wore other than the shoes was my vintage belt and an almost matching necklace. The necklace is from H&M I believe *but don't quote me on that*. HERE is a necklace with a similar look from H&M.

Wearing detailed jewelry can be easily paired with simple colors and patters or even simple silhouettes like my grey dress in this look!

 I picked out a briefcase inspired purse that was dressy and neutral to add to the look. I also added a denim jacket to the mix incase it started to cool down. I wear denim jackets a lot this time of year because they match almost anything!
